Traditional Christmas pudding

A proper, old-school Christmas pud, because is it really Dec 25 without it? Our answer is a definitive nope! Our recipe is from Sophie’s mum, a little on the lighter side, full of moisture, a touch of booze, a lotta dried fruit and not a dried citrus peel in sight (as it’s a contentious point in our families). It's the real deal, spiced with cinnamon and cloves and bound with breadcrumbs, brown sugar and butter. Smother yours in our brandy butter, devour, then go find a place to nap.
